A battery change is one of the simplest reasons to call in. Bring the watch during opening hours and we will see to it. If the case needs particular care when it is opened, we will tell you before we start.

Pre-loved premium watches
Ask us about pre-loved premium watches. Buying one that has already been worn is a way to own a serious watch with the story still attached, chosen with the same honest advice we give on jewellery.
We will talk through condition, what has been replaced, and whether the watch suits the way you actually wear one. Try it on. There is no useful decision from a photograph alone.

- Budget, so we show pieces in range rather than above it
- Whether a pre-loved watch or a new one is the better fit
A small range of new watches
Alongside the pre-loved selection we keep a small range of new watches. The point of a short range is editing: fewer watches, chosen because they are worth recommending, rather than a wall of boxes.
If you are buying a gift, tell us who it is for and how they dress. Wrist size, a preference for a bracelet or a strap, and whether they already own a watch all change the right choice. We would rather send you away with one good suggestion than three maybes.

Straps
A tired strap changes how a good watch feels. We fit replacement straps so the watch you already like can keep being worn, rather than retired to a drawer.
